For anyone reading these reviews in order to know weather to trust this shop with your phone, my advice to you would be just.DONT!.. And if you do make that mistake then good luck getting it back.. you may not see it for a lot longer than necessary.. unless you stay and wait for the phone to be repaired. But as soon as you leave the phone there, it is not coming back the same way you left it. And not in a positive way. Hope this saved at least one person from the stress and appalling service from this company that I have been apart of.

FIX FONES MORE LIKE BREAK FONES!!!!! Took my phone in to repair cracked screen told me it would take UP TO 1.5 hours it took them 3.5 hours , as he took my phone on the tram to West Brom WITHOUT permission. Then I got home phone working after half hour it went off and wont come back on took it to another phone shop that I trust and he said screws and parts are missing... now they wont deal with me because I had PROFESSIONAL advice of someone who knows what theyre doing. So Ive had to buy a NEW phone !!!!!!!!!!!! Dodgy shop deffo do not recommend.

I dropped my Ipod in to be repaired. I was told that it would need to be sent off to repair and she was unable to do it in store. I was okay with that. I was told it would be a week turnaround for it to be fixed. I waited over a week and still hadn't been contacted so I had to chase it up. Apparently the place it had been sent to was unable to repair it because they didn't have the parts. I could've been made aware of this a lot earlier than I was seeing as I had to do the chasing up. I have an issue with flying and rely on the ipod to keep me calm and I was unable to bring it with me. I'd probably go to the store again but maybe only for basic repairs. The lady in the store was pleasant enough though.
