Enterprise Car & Van Hire - Wednesbury

My insurance arranged a courtesy car with this firm. Both Harry and Danny were very friendly, supportive and more than helpful. I had forgotten to bring my driving licence, Danny offered to stay outside business hours while I went back to collect it as I could not come back the next day. Fantastic customer service Danny!

I received really excellent customer service from Danny & Harry. I collected the car from Danny and he was really friendly and personable, was very thorough with the vehicle handover and showing me how everything worked and explained all the terms and conditions fully so there were no questions on anything really. Harry arranged the collection of my car, as the insurance company off hired the vehicle earlier than expected and I was at work. He sorted out collection and made everything really easy so as to not incur any further costs to myself which was appreciated. Both Danny and Harry were lovely chaps, really helpful and nice and are an asset to your business and should be commended. I feel customer service is lacking with many businesses these days but not with Enterprise as Danny and Harry smashed it, keep up the good work guys.

My insurance put in a hire request with this hire company 2 days ago for an automatic car. They made no effort to contact me, when I rang them they said they had the wrong number. I'm a little suspicious as I'm sure these insurance companies will have some automated mean of sending over details. Probably means they can charge the insurance company without having to provide a vehicle to the customer. After ringing they said they have no cars and will get back to me. I rang them 24hr later and same story, they asked if I'd take a manual over an automatic which I agreed to. They said they would get back to me shortly and still not heard anything hours later. Surely they have some cars to hire!! I may have to contact my insurance company to ask if it's possible to use another hire company although it may be too late for my needed use of the vehicle.

Recently hired a van from this branch and the service was really good and staff were friendly. Upgraded my vehicle which was a bonus. Have used them previously as they are reliable.
