I would just like to echo the previous comments regarding support and after sales service. I inherited a Vola fire when moving house and Jason provided excellent advice when it developed a fault. He diagnosed the problem and sent out parts promptly, also following up with advice on pairing the remote. Great service, thanks again

An excellent fireplace but due an oversight on our part we ordered a frameless rather than framed unit. Rang up Sirocco customer support and got through to Jason who was brilliant. Talked me through what the issue was, went through my options, then he took my details and ordered me the missing trim offering pertinent and helpful advice. A fantastic service was provided. I would definitely recommend this company!

Had a problem with fire but the fault was fixed promptly by the sevice engineer very happy with the outcome. They seem genuine people.
