I contacted this Unprofessional-cleaning services via phone, after a slow conversation about a simple pit I needed emptying. I decided it was best to ask somebody to come and actually view the job because I felt like they had very little idea of what the job actually needed. The next day a middle-aged and overweight human being (often resembling a sloth) came to our site. After failing the simple induction (twice). I showed him the pit and specifically mentioned that it was deeper than normal and would require a long ladder for access. I waited 2 weeks for a team to turn up without a ladder or any information regarding the job other than a small piece of paper with our site address, the date and time and the words empty pit which looked like my 5 year old son had wrote (they didn't turn up on time either). I flicked through the rams (which were copy and pasted from another job) and had a brief discussion with the team. They informed this was a common problem and the person who came to look at the job was one of the owners sons. I decided to ask them to leave site and use a actual professional cleaning company rather that 1 that just had it in there name. I would rate there -5 stars if that was an option.
