I train with Kerleta 3 times a week, shes very patient with me and motivates me each step of the way. Shes a lovely woman who knows whats shes talking about and is very knowledgable with different techniques and even nutrition. She will send me information regarding meals and anything else Im unsure about. Kerleta explains each exercise in detail and gives a demonstration and helps you through each session however needed. Would recommend her to anyone.

Been a gym bunny I have never like exercising in the evening. But since I started the bum legs and tum class with Kerleta I can work out anytime of the day. Kerleta is an excellent trainer. She makes sure that everyone is doing their best to meet their goals, while having fun at the same time as they . She is very attentive. I joined the gym 5 months ago and signed up with Kerleta. I train with her 3 times a week and she has been amazing. She has helped me achieve my goal. She is so positive, pushes and encourages you with your workout and helps with your food diary. She is very caring and funny. She runs her leg, bums and tums class every Wednesday at 19:00, its a hard workout but fun at the same time. She takes her time out to help others if they are not doing their workout correctly. I love this lady so much that I will continue to work out for another 7 months with her xxx

Kerleta is amazing! I'd never had personal training sessions before. Kerleta has been supportive and patient right from the start. Always encouraging me and helping me to reach new levels. She knows just how to motivate me and recognises the days I'm not quite 100%. She always finds a way to get me through my session. Thank you Kerleta!

Kerleta is such a lovely patient person who encourages you to give your best performance with any exercise you undertake. She currently expertly runs a legs, bums & tums class at Sandwell gym and she is awesome at what she does working everybody hard in this class with also making it fun, its like we are one big family. She takes time and has patience with anyone who may struggle to ensure we are all doing the exercises correctly without hurting ourselves. Her warm ups are legendary and always makes sure that we all cool down and stretch correctly. This lady is just amazing at what she does with helping people to achieve the goals they aim for with also giving nutrition advice. Thank you Kerleta its such a pleasure to attend your class and spend my Wednesday evenings with you
