        DO NOT USE GOODCHILDS!!!!!!! Had years of their lies whilst letting out our property for us. Wished Id left them sooner. Lost 1000s in rent from their incompetences when paying them for a fully managed service. Had lie after lie, threats and when I eventually went to get the keys off them the lettings manager squared up to me in the branch. Use them at your peril! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!!

        Me and my partner signed for a property over a month now and apparently it's still not ready. They say there going to ring you on certain dates but it's me who has to do all the ringing or popping In the shop and we just Keep getting fobbed off with different stuff that is going on and date's. Would not recommend so they don't have a clue. There never on time with nothing and like to take there time with paper work. Can't wait to get in my property as it's our first and will be an experience but also can't wait till out tenancy is up. Sorry goodchilds but you have just let us down
