        This lady does not know customer service at all. She is very rough when was hair and drags the brush through. Hair had odd ends here and there, yo the extent I had to trim some because they were so obvious. Cut way shorter than my requested 1-2 inches. The salon was empty and often is when I drive past no matter what time of day it is. I got the impression she wasn't bothered about whether she had my repeat custom or not. Well I won't be back and I guess a lot of customers won't either.
