Lovely experience! I have had bad experiences in the past not even being let in other shops without an appointment but Wed2Be was welcoming and lovely. I was served by Chantelle who found a range of dresses for my needs and was very helpful.

I visited this store with interest in a different dress but came away with the wedding dress which I fell in love with. The dress needed alterations but they do not have this service in house so give you a list of alterations persons but when I called some of them they did not appear helpful and I did not feel comfortable using any of them to do my alterations. Following weeks of searching I finally found Davids Bridal in Birmingham who do alterations for any clothing item and when I checked my dress before attending noticed that many of the buttons/clasps on my dress were sawn on poorly or hanging off. The dress is now with a professional who will turn that beautiful dress in to my dress. Please just be mindful that you may get a cheaper dress from Wed2B but adding and finding alterations can add another 400-600 to the bill.
