AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST I bought a table from them and when it arrived it was a used table NOT NEW AS STATED it was also damaged when I contacted the company they just keep saying leave it with them and they will get it sorted 4 weeks later and the company has made no effort to resolve this issue they are just SCAM ARTISTS iI have only given 1 star as system will not allow you to put up a review with no stars Noreen seems to forget i did not collect the table it was collected by a distribution company the damage on table was not caused in transit there was no damage to the packaging the table top is warped down one side the top was covered in scratches half the screws were missing this was NOT a new table as stated i am sorry i had not read their reviews before i made this purchase as they seem to attract so many disappointed customers

Would love to give 5 stars, but lose one for lack of communication. Item was delayed in shipment to the UK and it would have been so much nicer for them to contact us and advise rather than the customer having to chase. Same with delivery. He was later than the time slot given. Totally understandable but it would have been nice to get a text advising delay and new eta. The item was slightly damaged, but this looks more to be by the manufacturers and not a fault of Interior Auctions. I would purchase from again.

If I could give a minus I would!! Never have I ever received such appalling customer service. We placed an order on the 16th July for a wardrobe and chest of drawers. Received an e-mail thanking us for our business and any problems please get in touch. Numerous unanswered e-mails, phone calls and Facebook messages! Zero communication re expected delivery. Upon threatening with Trading Standards we finally received a response and the item!!!! was delivered on 24/7. Only the wardrobe arrived and the delivery driver said the chest of drawers would be delivered end of the week or beginning of the following week. Shock!!! still waiting. On contacting again via Facebook, as unanswered phone calls etc were then informed the chest of drawers would be in stock 10/8 - messaged via Facebook AGAIN to ask if item was now in stock! Read message and ignored. Have received zero communication unless chased since placing the order on 16/7. have refrained from leaving negative review but seems this is the only way to get a response. Disgraceful customer service.
