I cannot recommend Crystal enough as a Payroll provider. The team are extremely diligent and show great care and attention to detail with their work. Nothing is too much trouble and they are always willing to go above and beyond to help.

We had a payroll problem that we could not solve. It was very serious. We got through to Mark,one of the Directors , who listen to us for more than 40 minutes and help us solve the problem immediately. He put me onto a Payroll Specialist called Sarah who was able to process the payroll on the same day, even though this is not normal. By doing this, they saved us a lot of money and they even gave us some advice about how to deal with HMRC. I would recommend this company to anybody to take the payroll headache away from your own company. Weve been with them more than a year and we are really really happy with them.

I have been with this company for the past 12 years and would never take my business anywhere else. They are consistent in providing excellent customer service. Nothing is ever a problem and they deliver outstanding work time after time. I can't speak highly enough of Jon who is always there for support and his staff nothing is ever too much. If you are looking for all rounder this is the firm to use.
