Sorry Jag but this review had to change becuase for the joke service I have been given by the after sales of this sofa never will I go to sofology after waiting 5 month for my sofa I was told it would be here before Christmas well that was a no show then when I get my sofa on the 12 of Jan it's comes with half the items that I ordered no phone call before delivery to tell me that just from the delivery man to said he has no clue where it is and to call sofology and ask. Then to top it off the delivery turned up 3 hours later no phone call an 1 hour before he just turn up poor service I have sent 3 email's and 2 phone calls with promise of call back still no phone call no email this company is a joke for after Sales if someone could call me on this as this is pass a joke
