To be honest its my first (and last) experience of buying sofas off big stores.... I get the impression 15 year guarantees are based on what's made for the stores because you do NOT get the same quality. Had problems first few HOURS with creases and underfilling. I've photos of stores quality and one I received.... Mine looks leather instead of suede and you can make your own mind up. Took a lot of phones calls and emails before refund was given. Really upsetting experience and I can only say that most 5 star ratings are from customers 'looking forward' to their sofa. Quality I received was way inferior to what you see in store. imagine buying 180 nike airmax from J.D sports online and receiving the Chinese fake ones.... not good and trading standards should investigate. To date I never, EVER received an apology..... My neighbour upstairs had same issue within days from another sofa but never got any joy, no refund either... They should of did as I did... Ready for small claims. If foolish enough to buy from these please take photo of original sofa in shop and watch what gets delivered... Different material (cheaper) underfilling.... I would never again use dfs, or sofology (same company different name) or any company that takes months to order... You do not get the same quality so more fool you if you don't listen. Use small claims court because phone calls are ignored, you never get the call back promised and it's hours to get through... Once you've paid customer service goes West. If you look at their sofa and the sofa I ordered you'll see how much better the one for the shop is padded... Mine creased after first sit on it and the creases where permanant..... The shop ones been there a few years and not a crease in site... Even after staff and customers sitting on it hours. Awful deception and I hope you take notice before you decide to order
