        Ordered an 'in stock' item to be told it's on back order as not actually in stock. Sure, things happen. But, when asking for a refund they claim it will take 7-10 days. Now, an item not being in stock even though they advertise as so is just unfortunate and not the end of the world. But, taking money for an item not in stock and then holding the money for 7-10 days is simply wrong (Im sure theres a law against this somewhere). When contacted to say this is simply unfair, I get a 'computer says no response'. Just bad service.

        Sent me completely wrong boots. Got to wait for them to arrange return and receive them back before I can get a new pair or pay again and wait for refund. Boots aren't even close to what I ordered and product numbers not even close or similar. Issues did get sorted and communication was okey

        Unfortunately they didn't have all of my items in stock (due to covid19). However, they replied quickly to emails, sent out items in stock and refunded the balance. Will use them again.

        Absolutely fantastic company- I really cannot praise them enough. The quality of the waterproofs are outstanding and yet at such a competitive and great value cost. We have used them for Duke of Edinburgh and they keep the students completely dry, even in the recent heavy downpours! The customer care is second to none- prompt, helpful, friendly and so efficient. I 110% recommend using this company.
