Dovedale Court Care Home

My mom vera has been at dovedale for the last five years.she sadly passesaway on Tuesday. Our family would like to thank all the stsff on nursing floor.especially simone.louise halerley and debbi who took great care of mom x

I would like to say a big thank you to all the staff at Dovedale court who provided the best care for many years but mainly in my nans final days. Dovedale staff treated my Nan with great dignity they cared till the very end While my Nan was at Dovedale she received fantastic care from all staff Dovedale is such friendly and inviting nursing home. Residents are extremely well looked after and included in all aspects of their home environment the home is lovely, incredibly clean with excellent facilities for the residents. The staff work incredibly hard and do a fantastic job looking after all loved ones in every way

I was visiting a friend who has recently become a resident and found the place very clean and pleasant.It is designed to cater for rehab, dementia and general tlc.According to my friend there are plenty of activities both on site and out in their minibus most days.I'm told the food is good as well

I would like to thank the whole team at dovedale for their magnificent care and professionalism during all of covid19. They have given mom the continued gold standard care that they always do but now even more difficult circumstances.whilst we havent been able to visit mom we can still have video chats and phone calls, which is like winning the lottery. We couldn't ask for a better team to look after mom so we say a huge thank you and gratitude for all yiu have done and are doing . We recognise the sacrifices you have had to make with your families and loved ones to look after our mom We salute and applaude you.

Excellent care home my friend has been a resident for over three years All the management and staff are caring friendly and extreemly efficient, my friend could not have had better care. The home itself is clean efficiently run everybody cares. My friend now is terminally ill, she could not have better care, to her it's her home and she wouldn't want to live anywhere else. As a visitor I can only express how happy I am with the care she recieves they go above and beyond their duties to ensure she has everthing she needs day and night . All the staff are really friendly and if you have any questions they are all willing to answer and if they can't they will find somebody who can, nothing is too much trouble, and I cannot praise them enough from the cleaners to the management. I know where I'm going if ever I need a care home. Thank You to everyone.
