        Never had an issue with this company until now. Had a repair carried out and he noticed another problem, something that was done by his colleague 3 months ago but refused to accept responsibility as'I couldn't prove it'. Asked if I'd had someone else come in to repair the boiler or anything else, I've only ever had these guys service or repair from the day they fitted it. He told me it must have been a manufacturer fault so I contacted Baxi who assured me it couldn't possibly be a manufacturer fault 7 years later. I've lost all trust in them now so won't be using again. Service: Water heater repair
