        Good place to shop for furniture. Dwell is a sister company of DFS now. Beware that if you click and collect from Dwell, you mustvisit the store to collect Mon-Fri as it takes ages during the weekend to be setved when all reps are busy selling sofas and collections are not priority

        Underwhelmed to say the least. Ordered on line...didn't receive a confirmation. Rang up and was told "we don't usually send them"...so had to request one. Asked when it would be ready to collect in store. Told it should be Friday but the store wont get in contact to say when its ready, i will have to ring up and chase it. Ring on the Friday....first call i'm hung up on. Second call i get through to be met with some abruptness and attitude. Not sure if its ready....will have to wait and see. Just as well i didn't rush over to collect it! All in, its a pretty simple process made much more difficult than it should be....and all down to attitude. Wont be rushing back. Update.....not ready to collect!! Im not surprised.
