First time since having the van back in February, they have not sent anyone to look at the boot latch it's been sat on my drive for over 8 days, since RAC said it couldn't be driven due to latch being broken, completely unprofessional lies after lies.

Three phone calls trying to get adaptations for my car; details left each time and each time I was told someone would phone me back shortly.... still waiting. I'm not chasing any more and impolite for businesses not to follow up on what they say they will do. Unimpressed and will take my custom elsewhere. Hope other customers have better service.

Exceptionally high standards of service. This is my third car fitted with hand controls for wife from them. Never had a problem first two ones but there was a misunderstanding I think this time with my new cars fittings. I am the main driver and wife sometimes drives and uses these hand controls. At first I was so disappointed to see wrong fitting done which made it hard for me to drive it and called them right from dealership office when I collected car and I spoke to a nice gentleman and he gave me appointment. But just a day before appointment I was called by Reygan ( apologies if I spell it wrong ) to tell appointment needs to be rescheduled as engineer took day off. I explained to her the situation that I am not able to drive it properly and it can be dangerous. At first from her response I wasnt very hopeful that this matter will be sorted easily but she handled it incredibly professionally and nicely and sorted out everything as quickly as it could be. I am really grateful to Reygan and the company for sorting out my problem in such an efficient way. Everything sorted with right fittings and we are very happy with service. Happy to recommend them to anyone.

I had my VW Caddy Maxi converted to have rear seats back in August after being on the wait list since March. Parts from VW were hard to get hold of so I was told late about a delay in the start date. However, the communication otherwise was very good and I could always call to discuss what was required and what was going to happen. The engineer that fitted the rear seats met me on the day and walked me through the modifications and what to expect. The fit took less than the 6 hours quoted and the fit is very good and the official VW mark 5 seats are excellent. They have adjustable incline too so if you have boxes to load you can have the seat back locked bolt upright. Also added plus points are they felt flat and they are fitted with ISOfix points. It's been tried and tested with seats in, out, folded and tipped. Installation is easy after removal. Really made the van more versatile. Overall a pleasure. Thank you very much.
