Poor food quality, spent around 40ordered a sundae, looked nothing like the picture. No sauces, no effort put into it. Had to ask for the sundae 3 times and they had no record of it so had to show on email confirmation. Staff look moody and bored. As you can see below, they asked for email and to no surprise. No reply, goes from 2 stars to 1 star.

This is what happens when you let a bunch of kids run your business. We ordered a takeaway on Just Eat. Arrived 5 minutes before collection time and gave name, order number. Chap at the front said its being cooked and to take a seat. After 40 minutes and numerous people popping in and out to get their food before me, I got a bit p@@@@d off and Sao too him, do you just want to tell me what time to come back? Whats the name again I was asked. Did all that to be told the food was ready and had been the whole time I was there. Offered to remake the food, but I just wasnt in the mood to wait any longer after driving 30 miles just for this. Got the food to the car and was exactly as expected. Sat under a hot lamp for 40 minutes. Dry, cold. Coagulated cheese. The part that annoyed me the most is while I sat there for 40 minutes, not a single member of staff thought to ask if I was okay or waiting for something, to them, they just couldnt connect the dots between a massive bag of food on the pass and a customer whos waiting for an order while other customers come and go with their food. The staff were friendly, the manager was embarrassed and offered to remake the order, but Id seen enough. I wont go back. This trend of smash burger/chicken shops popping up here there and everywhere works if you have the staff with more than 2 brain cells.
