        An unfortunate Christmas experience but even the first enquiries made during a less hectic time were dealt with poorly They don't take card so make of that what you will. The shop is badly designed and looks like a mini London dungeon from the outside. Not very glamorous. It wasn't easy trying to sit in and multiple waiting areas sure put 'the cat among the pigeons'. Instead we got a polite 'you can wait outside' That after coming in the pouring rain to make a short notice appointment. On the haircuts I cannot comment personally as I am semi balding. Hope all readers found time to see the Kings speech.. the change of status quo still sinking in for me.
