        Unreliable delivery: Lead times are rarely met on an agreed short or long lead time. Sales were kind enough to make calls but nothing could be done to failed deliveries or delayed deliveries. The reasons for delay or failure to deliver were cloudy and I just have to give significant extra time when ordering from them.
