Awful business to deal with. We purchased a supposed brand new oven through ebay only for it to be faulty. A replacement oven was sent out only for this to be also faulty (same fault as 1st one) the Appliance purchased was supposed to be branded new but this wasn't the case as they never turned up in original packaging and when we spoke to the manufacturer they advised they were produce 5 years before we purchased them so were very reluctant to carry out an inspection. The manager HARDY never gets back to you regarding the complaint. They have both the Appliances back but we are still waiting for a refund of 300. This whole thing started in January 2023 so now 4 months down the line we have no oven from them & they have kept our money always promising a refund that never shows up. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AS YOU WILL JUST FEEL LIKE YOU ARE BEING LIED TO AND RIPPED OFF. Aftersales care is non existent and full of rubbish excuses as to why they are holding on to our money. AVOID THIS COMPANY FOR AN EASY LIFE

Very helpful and polite, left you alone to look around until you make your decisions, free delivery either same day or when you wanted. Would recommend anyone to take a look.

Purchased Hoptpoint top spec 9kg dryer, for a very competitive price. Very pleased with purchase and communication with West Midlands Electrical. Delivery on time. Delivery team Richard and colleague very helpful in assisting me to position dryer exactly were I needed it. He also talked me through process to get to activate my warranty. Overall very pleased with West Midlands Electrical service and recommend them.
