They sold me a bottle of milk that was already opened and the cork was loose. I was going to return it but they were already closing at 11pm when I went in there and I feel as if they knew it was opened but didn't care. I'll be going to the store next door as of now on because Ive always thought that the man there seems miserable anyway.

I went there and 1 particular item that's already at good mark up when sold at 1.20 - 1.50 , but often found for 1 or 3 for 2 1 pack here was 1.80 Not even the petrol garage charges that much and I don't mind paying them because they are open 24hours and always offer a decent level of service. I had the "cheek" or "nerve" to say to the guy that's really expensive and that nowhere anywhere local charges that price. He was very nasty and aggressive and dismissive and called me a liar. Madness. He sells packets of keebler cookies for a quid and I know the mark up on them too at that price.... pennies. Some places sell for 1.50. So why bang the life out of this 1 particular product? There's no recent increase in cost or supply issues, so And then to behave like that when a customer wants to ask about that pricing? I mean if he's genuinely paying 1.50 cost per pack of black raws then I'd be more than happy to point him to ebay where he can get a box full at roughly half that price. He isn't. HE'S the liar and a robber too at that. Boycott this tool of a shop. The premier a couple doors down are much nicer. Don't fill the pockets of people looking to fleece your community. Does anyone use the petrol station for petrol on crankhall Lane? Not very many locals do, just passers by because of what he did to the prices in the crisis. The community remembers these things and I certainly won't be walking through those doors again.
