My other half also ordered a replacement one and this too arrived broken. Countless emails to them directly, calls via Amazon to sort out returns and refunds to be met with "you're past your return date" - it was not, "you need to send proof of return" - we did but they have no record of it even though they signed for the return.
Shocking company and products and have disabled my ability to write a review on Amazon, avoid these scam merchants.
