Horrible service, absolute fraud. DO NOT USE THEM! I chase these guys for planning and I paid them 5000 GBP in advance for planning and reports. Since I paid, no action is taken. MR. BENNING does not answer the phone and keep ignoring my emails/ messages since I paid. He lied and does not even listen to any of my words at all. He told me he has submitted the planning request, but he never did that! I am taking a legal action against him and the whole company (GT Designz Ltd and ASB property Consultants) to get a full refund + compensation for delaying my project.

I agree with Jas Singh and Less wood Never try to use this company ever.i am wordless to express my frustration.fees was taken in advance so he can do whatever he wants.Mr Benning is a very bad listener,very bad with his communication and need to chase him all the time .even after having the full payment in advance he never submitted the application for planning permission until I chased him.he is a lier too.so please do not use if there is any option.i was recommended by someone.I wish if I seen the reviews which I didnt know.

Great service, the build was completed ahead of schedule and no corners cut. The highest quality service and finished product. The architect I was dealing with was extremely professional and he showcased his expertise by helping me adapt the extension to my house and area. Overall great service, great expertise and my dream final build. Would definitely recommend.
