        I always found the staff friendly and trying to help the best they can. So far also managed to get appointments when I needed them. Sometimes I find you have to chase them up and the opening times could be better but we are very lucky to have a surgery in the village.

        I live in Bedford but my mum lives in Burton where she has always used this surgery. However she has been trying to get an appointment for several days, she has been unsuccessful and still awaits a phone call. My mum is nearly 86 and I feel that has been poorly treated. . Mum is not well and needs support from the doctors surgery.
