        Have used this shop daily on my visit to this area and rather enjoy the width of assortment. Its good to see local businesses doing all they can to provide a service, those that do deserve success. Today I was helped in a friendly and willing way until my purchase totalled 4:80 - Id have to pay cash. When I challenged this I was referred to the manager, no the lady who served me wouldnt pass on my feed back. While she was being fetched I went to get a fiver. The interaction that followed was appalling, I came out feeling unwelcome and frankly as thought it was my fault. At best this policy is badly implemented, surely some discretion should be applied and in this day and age its short sighted and nothing like the good service that would help a small business prosper.

        Ive just moved into the area and I have visited the village store several times. Its the beating heart of the village, stocks everything you could imagine and more. Very friendly staff.
