Adana Turkish with Fusion

Went to lunch with my husband today and overall it wasn't a great experience. As we sat down we realised that no one was gonna come and give us a menu, so we got it ourselves waiting for someone to come take our order which never happened so again we had to get up ourselves. Food was really slow even though there was only 1 other table being served. We asked for water which was never given, the free starters (bread and salad) had a really nice flavour. We ordered a platter and the lamachun, again food was tasty, not very nicely presented and all the meat was undercooked. We still eat the chicken and the shish but we left the adana as it was to undercooked. When pointing this out to staff he simply refused and said it was cooked properly (this was without him even looking at the food) he seemed offended like he had cooked the food himself. I honestly wouldn't come again based on the poor customers service, such a shame as the flavours were really nice better than many Turkish places which is why im giving 3 stars rather than 1. Wanted to order the baklava but when I asked if it was fresh I was told it was a couple if days old. Atleast he was honest about that.

Turkish tea isnt Turkish tea (THEY EVEN SERVED THE TEA WITH A PLASTIC CUP), baklava was not fresh (stale) and was borderline disgusting. Service was alright they didnt take the criticism well however

That lamb kofta wrap really touched me the other day, the salads and sauces were top notch. Family run operation and they aint messin about here

had iftar here today with my family, it was the best time ever. the food arrived just on time for us to break our fast and they provided free water and dates alhamdulillah. the food was great as it always is 11/10. credits to the chef. and amazing staff that were so attentive. may allah swt bless you guys abundantly and infinitely , for letting us experience great food and great dining. ameen
