        Such a cute Le Labo location. I stumbled upon this store and loved it. The staff were super helpful and very knowledgeable about the products. I did intend to purchase anything, but I ended up purchasing multiple products due to the staff.

        Horrible customer service and rude staff. Today I asked a girl working in shop for advice for present and question about product she was very rude and laughed at my question. Instead of having writing in the shop saying join our members club to learn more about our products they should train their staff and give them customers service training.

        Kudos to our SA Giulia , wonderful store with excellent service! Didn't intend buying in the first visit, but I ended up buying the discovery set. Love every scent that is in the box. Definitely will come back in another chance.
