Smarty Pant Dry Cleaners London

This place deserves a much higher rating. Its run by an elderly guy and the people who work for him seems to have been there for a long time. He can be really chatty so its always a nice experience brining my clothes to dry clean. Since they are a wholesale shop, they are a lot cheaper than other dry cleaners. Ive been going there for 4 years and brought multiple items to dry clean each time. I must have dry cleaned at least 200 items throughout the years. They did leave an iron mark on one of my delicate silk top. But given that Ive put through so many items with them, I would say its a very good track record (plus the money Ive saved can buy back that top multiple times).

Disgusting service the workers there dont concentrate on what they are doing, they spoilt my favourite jeans. When I asked them what happened they said it was the washing machines fault! Would NOT recommend at all. Not to mention them shouting a foreign language to each other, little did they know that I understood every word!! HORRIBLE SERVICE

Im not sure why they are all these negative reviews. Our wash dry and fold jobs was done early in less then a day and it was quite affordable. (Only 25 for two full loads) The staff was kind and friendly and incredibly helpful with our order. I highly recommend them for any Dry Cleaning or laundry.

Not helpful and very unfriendly. They refused to take my clothes to wash!

Friendly neighbourhood dry cleaner. Ive been going there once every two weeks for almost four months, and every time my clothes came back clean and nice ironed. The price is reasonable too.
