Dont go there for Evri return, the website says they accept packageless parcel and their machine even accepted the QR code for this but then the guy refused to take it.

I will no longer be using AM2PM for any of their services. The staff are rude and roll their eyes as soon as you walk in the door. The system they have for parcels is awful, they're in large boxes which you have to dig around in yourself to find your parcel - making it easy for anyone to steal others! They don't check for proof of ID when you pick parcels up, again meaning anyone could take them. The Evri machine is often "broken" when i want to drop anything off but always works for picking up, I'm pretty sure they just don't like taking in parcels. My main issue is the unhelpfulness and rudeness, the last time i went in the older man that is often working made me feel so uncomfortable it's made me realise the closeness and convenience of their store isn't worth it. I'll be using Tesco express going forward.
