Awful customer service, manager take note to train your staff to advise customers with a pleasant manner. Visiting from out of town and was even told she would not continue with my threading when I had told her I could not move up the chair for my head to hang out. This meant she could not reach to thread, but is she not a professional? Not a pleasant experience as all and so cancelled but other request. Its a shame is havent had that experience there ever before. Hope you can take this on. Service: Eyebrow threading

This is the second day in a row that Ive come at 6:30pm and the shop has been closed. The customer service is slim to none - for example they werent taking any bills and asked for exact change. I had a tenner and they told me to go find change for 4 service. I asked if 2 fivers would be ok, and they said no exact change only. If you are going to have a cash only business, its only fair to have cash ready at the till.

Theres always a different lady doing eyebrow threading, Im usually a regular and I have never had any issues, but last week there was this lady she was rude and didnt do her job properly, there was another customer before me getting her brows done too, and she kept telling the ladie to fix her brows properly, the customer then took two pieces of tissue from the tissue box to wipe her face from the threading and she got told off for it, we as customers had to tell her several times to take little hairs from here and there yet again she messed up, she didnt even thread the top of my brow nor did she trim with scissors , so over all it was a waste of a visit and 3 down the drain Service: Eyebrow threading
