      • Harps

        Decided to move accountancy firms (was recommended to them) after they made some very basic error. Accounts isn't my strong suit but even I spotted the error (which would have led to a high tax bill). So I decided to move firms and despite numerous attempts to get them to liaise with the new firm for my accounts (standard practice and professional courtesy), they have ignored me. Overall bad experience in every way except that they're really on the ball with trying to get you to set up direct debit payments (don't!). Such a shame.
