        The plants arrived on the date stated and were so well packed and really excellent condition. I cannot recommend the company high enough and will definitely be purchasing more from Plant House Cheshire

        I received my fatsia japonica this morning and what can I say, absolutely fantastic quality, very well packed and super healthy plant. I have never received such a fantastic specimen via post and I would highly recommend

        This garden centre i would highly recommend not just because of the good customer service but the value for money. I am one very happy customer. I will be back for more of the top quiality soil mixtures and plants. Thank.

        Arrived by Royal Mail with insuffient postage 3 to pay. As the ferns were described as 5 ltr I assumed wrongly that it would be in a pot not just a dry root ball wrapped in newspaper. Ill review again if and when it grows.

        Ordered three plants; a Japonica Fatsia, Beautiful healthy plant and 2 Snake Plants - these were the most pathetic specimens I have seen. Soil was loose, 1 was withered and a leaf had an old break on it the other has a large scorch mark on it. They had also used the S** newspaper to protect the plants BUT my biggest gripe is their failure to answer the phone; call back; or answer an email. Customer services is appalling so I would give them a big swerve
