        Safety: Child friendly and pet friendly. A quiet location where you can have a conversation or do computer work in peace. Walkability: Its surounded by fields just one mile from Cuddington station and shops. Great tranquil location for dog walking and cycling . Food & drinks: Theres a Sunday Carvery with generouse meat portions and a free Friday night supper for locals. The bar is large with luxery seating. There is also a separate venue for privatd parties.

        Nice staff. Good selection of beers. Hotel needs some TLC to survive. Rooms: Shower not very good.

        Our room was nice, but the carpet was threadbare in a couple of places. The bathroom was spacious but there was no hot water !!! The shower was ancient and needs replacing right away. What's wrong with a simple electric one ? Could have done with a couple of hooks or rails to hang towels. The light over the mirror didn't work. However, on the plus side, the Sunday roast was lovely, breakfast was OK but some fruit and yogurt, and brown toast would have been nice. The staff were friendly and helpful. The whole building requires a lot of TLC asap.
