Sadly we have had a bad experience with Sandylane. After attending lessons for over a year we have seen a significant drop in service since the new owners took over. The communication is very poor and the lessons are inconsistent with different teachers, there seems to be a general lack of care towards customers. This is such a shame as we were happy with our experience until this point but feel we have been disregarded despite trying on our side to resolve this. I can only hope this improves.
