I was kept informed about availability of the machine and it was ready for me to collect within days of ordering it. I belatedly discovered a hefty hydraulic oil leak from a coupling the first time I used it (my fault, I should have checked all connections shortly after starting it up). CFM's sles head, Andrew, gave me 10 litres of fluid to replace that which was lost - first class customer service!
