Working with Vic was a truly transformative experience. With her knack for asking the perfect questions, she helped me get organized and prioritise my work. She helped me to identify my ideal client base so we could design targeted marketing campaigns. Using the AIDA model, she broke down complex tasks into practical steps that I could easily execute. And thanks to her brainstorming skills combined with some clever inquiry - we arrived at a workshop name that resonates perfectly with my target audience without any technical jargon getting in their way. All this is something I'll never cease being grateful for.

Victoria is soo supportive! I now have a monthly social media plan (something that mystified me before. I understand what I have to do without having loads of paperwork to read and having to try and workout what I need to do!!) My plan is tailor made for my business which is a huge bonus too!

I have worked with Victoria for several years but recently took the 8-week Growth Programme. The programme really helped define our customers and concentrate our efforts on the most effective marketing touchpoints. Victoria is a pleasure to work with and her enthusiasm is infectious. She has great insight and takes time to really understand your business so she can offer new ideas and inspiration. She encourages you to take on challenges, set goals and become accountable. As a small business owner, I found the two live online sessions with others on the course extremely useful and motivating. With a team of just two you can sometime get stuck in a rut with day-to-day operating tasks; however I now feel less stressed having a marketing plan in place.
