        Ordered sample glasses from this company, lady on the phone went above and beyond to get them to me as quick as she could. arrived quickly as promised. Excellent customer service and happy customer 100% recommended

        Awful service. Had to phone up 3 times to chase up an order before i got a reply. Having received the items we noticed that a batch of products was missing call them saying investigating but same was back order they don't have the item they selling waiting 3 days no respond call them and insult me saying if you receive more than what you order you will not report I will not recommend

        Waited 3 weeks for my order, because apparently there were "roadworks" blocked their deliveries. Had to cancel the order because it got ridiculous

        I ordered from this company and although they could not fulfill my order due to supply problems which many companies are struggling with at the moment we had a refund and the customer service was second to none! They kept in touch till the refund was back in the bank! And also they're keeping an eye on stock should they have the items I want, great company great service!!
