AVOID - Chioma Okafor from Omakk Property Investments has been making false reviews on my company and has not paid me for the website hosting which we did for her, It is a small 30 and has declined as she is 2 months behind her website hosting We've now shut down her site but she has gone and started leaving bad reviews, very shocking behaviour from someone her age. Unfortunately regarding the Website Hosting, she didn't want the hassle so I thought I'd help and host it for her on my account and charge 15 per month for full management and updates, a great deal for anyone Chioma agreed to pay this and had been paying from September but she stopped paying in December without telling me anything. I check my inbox today and she wants to cancel her hosting, 2 months later with 0 notice I agree to and say that's fine, when I check my bank account I notice she hasn't paid me for the last 2 months and now thinks that it is ok to not pay for services which I am owed for. I know its 30, but it's the principle. 30 my business is out of pocket for and she DID agree to pay for it as per her hosting agreement which is to be paid every month on the 1st. My advice to anyone is, please be careful who you do business with and always take business upfront first or you'll end up in a situation like this where people think it's okay not to pay and leave you out of pocket. Disgusting, this is not how business is run. In business, you pay for what you receive and if you want a hosting to end you give notice...
