        Staying in a hotel waited 40 minutes to recieve pizza. Just to check went to front desk pizza was sitting there. Checked pizza and it was ice cold. Driver never told me it was there. I think it was sitting in his car forever. Why would it be this cold? Called store. Supervisor on phone would only refund me a portion of my cost for a 24 dollar cold cheese pizza. I asked him to send me a new hot pizza and he wouldn't accommodate. I asked who I needed to speak to the next day about this and he wouldn't give me any manager's name. So frustrating and they are not accountable at all?
