RUDE STAFF GONE DOWN HILL SINCE NEW MANAGEMENT! I booked an appointment, come in and they say no and look away to talk to someone else, it was empty and they could have easily seen to me. I showed proof that I called them on my phone and she said I was lying and looked away continuing to ignore me. I used to love this place when it was Hayley's, with new management it's gone down hill, they're rude and turn away customers!!! DO NOT USE

Hayley's Nails is closed. This is a different company running this now called Wealdstone Nails & Beauty. This review is for them: I had shellac removed and reapplied here last week. The initial service was fine, however within 3 days, the shellac on my hands started chipping off (on 3 nails). When I returned to repair it, I found the woman quite defensive. She gave me a lecture and told me it wasn't her fault but mine because I have weak nails - she will repair this time but next time I will have to pay! Now, 2 days later, the "repairs" have chipped again. The last shellac I had (from Glam in Harrow) lasted almost 3 weeks without chipping (even with my 'weak nails'!). To me, their customer service is poor and their products or techniques aren't good if they fail within days. I spent nearly 50 here, and will not be visiting again. Back when Hayley ran this nail bar it was fantastic, but I would not recommend going here now. Services: Pedicure, Manicure
