I could see that their approach was very professional with a high standard of customer care. The garage was very clean with plenty of parking. Their phone was constantly ringing with all the bays full, a sign of well trusted garage.
@Neil, just a thought on the Rav4 which was hunting, perhaps it is stale fuel (car had been sitting for two years) or a fouled spark plug
