        Had my 3 physiotherapy course at Ravenscroft and I was shown how to strengthen my right shoulder which has been giving me problems since Xmas last,may i say the exercises i was shown and to do at home has help me a great deal and I'll e returning back to work this Friday so thanks to my physiotherapist who help me recover, would recommend this to anyone with injuries
