Lightning Fibre Ltd

Had the pathway dug up two weeks ago to put the new fibre cables in and the Lighting fibre contractors cut through my BT line.Phoned the customer services who didnt seem to give a dam,and just referred me back to BT and said BT will compensate me in due course.Not good enough,Im without my broadband now until the end of the month, which is a massive inconvenience as my wife works from home.Why should I be penalised for your companys incompetence?

Jess, Jacob and Levi were absolutely amazing today as I got my Lightning Fibre Router up and running, from the assessments to the actual installations were all spot-on and 100% professional. The wires can be seen only on a very close observation. You lot deserve much more than 5s, thank you!

Just had my connection installed and the experience was excellent, Liam and Dan where very professional, explained what was going on each step of the way, equipment was put in well and kept neat and tidy, top marks!

Disgusting company. Two times in the last week they have decided to start digging up roads at 8pm at night with no consideration for people with children. They disappear leaving rubbish everywhere. If they have no consideration now would you want them to host your broadband? I certainly wont be using them.
