Four Seasons - Brookworth Homes

Awful builders, no consideration for neighbouring properties. I understand that some residents on this new build have had problems with surface drainage and foul smelling water in the past and have had little help from Brookworth. Buyer beware! They certainly have no consideration for the environment and like a plague of locusts raze the ground and then move into the next place.. schools in our area are oversubscribed, houses are sitting empty but still they build and not affordable homes in the main. If you are wanting to move to a rural environment 5hen East Sussex is not the place to go as we are slowly but surely being turned into a huge suburb of London. Dont expect to find a local GP, school or dentist or buses that run frequently, the infrastructure is not here in what were small villages

A lovely development in a quiet location. Build and finish standards are of high quality. The customer care team at Brookworth are very helpful, responsive and efficient. I have been very happy with not only their performance but also the companies they appointed to carry out maintenance. My experience thus far has been very positive.
