We have had a series of things that have happened since I have moved in to my new home. The list of problems have been endless but the main and more concerning issue is the fact that in our bathroom the seal was not fitted properly. Therefore water was running through our electrical system. We contacted Claire at David Wilson at the Milton Keynes office who took 4 Weeks to sort out the problem baring in mind we had no electricity nor had the use of of a bath for ONE MONTH. I was told by Claire that this would be looked into and dealt with within a reasonable time period. This has not happened, and not only have I had to send multiple emails to get a response, none of the said issues have even been looked into/repaired. Not only did it take ONE MONTH for them to send someone to look into and 'solve' the issue it happened AGAIN 2 weeks after being supposedly fixed. When we contacted customer service the advice was to turn off the ENTIRE electrical system in the house and they will send someone to look into it as and when they please. (A date not being given again) - De Ja Vu A disgusting service for the amount of money you pay in this area!!!!!

Having left all required details to arrange a show home viewing and made an full online booking I was called to say the booking was cancelled. I then was called and asked to view a show home and was told I had to be pre- qualified by their financial advisers first. I am a financial adviser and their other development 10 miles away did not make the same requirement. This is very poor customer service and is putting unnecessary barriers in the way. Its surprising that they would be so restrictive in the current economic environment and I would not deal with such people. Its a bit like having to have a credit check to test drive a car. No one would do that and this firm have no clue about customers if they think I should have a full financial fact find with a firm I would not be using just to view a show home.
