        Giving one star as the Sales Executive Susie at Fairways Glebefarm is really rude to customers. They act like we are using their money to buy a house. They show real racism and discrimination towards people. Not polite or helpful at all. I have been to many other developments but I never seen such an unwelcoming and rude people. I called them to reserve a property and she was really hesitant to answer my queries. So decided not to go with them. Horrible Customer Service. Advice to Taylor Wimpey : Please don't ruin your reputation because customer experience is key.

        Extremely helpful sales team and same can be said about the site engineering team. Sussie, Trudy and Elaine at sales office are very prompt and easy to communicate with and so were all the site engineers post sales. We have been here for a year and would highly recommend them.
