Purchased the item in December. Reported it faulty a few days later and requested a return. They have ignored my emails, telephone calls, and online form request to deal with this matter. Ive had to take the matter to PayPal To get them to answer me and its taken 2 months for them to agree a refund. Ive got to pay for the return myself and I just know Ill end up having to then report them to reclaim the delivery costs next. I really just would not use this company. They are all very well and good when things arent going wrong but as soon as there is an issues they just dont give a dam. I really would stay away from this company because it will Cost you more in the long run. They dont give a dam that they have sent you faulty products. From the 1 star review below mine Im expecting a rocky ride trying to recover a refund and the cost to return the faulty item. They cant say Ive been rude however no doubt they will try and accuse me of something too. We cant both be wrong as we are clearly receiving the same treatment by this company.

Once you have clicked the pay button the company are on it straightaway with super quick delivery, I had a minor issue with a product and the company were very quick to rectify, communication and service are outstanding, I would highly recommend Fishing Tackle 2 Go Ltd

Absolutely shocking service provided. I ordered a bedchair bag last year that arrived over 2 weeks late only a few days ago. I was offered a refund and told them I'd buy another bag elsewhere. I did so and then after purchasing a new bag they refused the refund they originally offered me as they had finally found my lost item. That's their fault not mine. The Guy who runs the online requests was extremely cocky and was less than helpful. Just utterly poor customer service I'm afraid. I'll swerve using them in future. Tbh they aren't exactly cheap to buy from anyway.

Shocking service. Will not refund our 135 even though the item has been returned. They wont respond to emails and telephone calls. I would actually give zero stars if I could. *** Following on from the sellers reply, firstly we have offered CCTV footage and Ring Door Bell Footage to prove we were not rude. Also to incriminate our neighbour is pretty shocking. Buyers be very wary when dealing with this company and if the courier is DPD, then be careful as they will not leave the parcel where asked and report you if you ask them too. I am glad Google arent as easily manipulated as EBay and keep truthful reviews standing *** By the way would love to see the tracking number you gave to eBay to say the item had been delivered as DPD confirmed the item was returned to them. Also as you refuse to even update us to where our money is (I called twice on Friday and you didnt return my call) so this is the only way we can get our point across and come to a resolution.
