I had appointment with Molly to potenially clean out my ears. On Inspection no build up was found so no work was undertaken and I wasnt charged. Impressed by honesty and professionalism of all involved.

Disappointing overall, unfortunately Cecil Amey is now no more special or premium to the main high street brands. (Boots, Specsavers etc) I had an eye test with the outlook of purchasing glasses however the sizings were slightly too small, there was no offer to try and search for any from their suppliers and the only offer was they would source some from other branches for me to try, still haven't heard anything and its been a few weeks now so they're obviously not interested. I've now taken my business elsewhere.

From making my appointment to choosing my glasses everyone was so friendly, helpful and efficient. Great choice of products and all details explained fully. Would not hesitate to recommend.

What a fabulous service I had today. Everyone was so helpful. Can not praise them enough. Thank you all, and a special thank you to Louise for helping me pick my new glasses and fixing my old ones. Your patience is boundless! I realise you may be a bit more expensive, but in my view you get what you pay for. I had a free hearing test too. Feel reassured with the professional expertise. Money well spent. Thanks again.
