Haven't got a bad word to say about my experience dealing with PK Autos. Phil was welcoming on arrival while following all current guidelines. He was very helpful in providing me with information to help make my decision on which van would best suit my needs. Nothing was too much, went above and beyond, would highly recommend.

All vans well presented Phillip is very knowledgeable and helpful, it's a very relaxed atmosphere which I do like, as I can't stand smarmy pushy sales people. So definitely on to a winner there. The Transit I brought ended up being the 1st van I looked at as didn't feel the need to bother going anywhere else it fitted every requirement I had and was low mileage at a reasonable price also drives nicely, As it happens sometimes with 2nd hand items after I had it home a few days I had noticed a couple of little niggles so contacted Philip who couldn't do enough to help, ended up with me taking the van back and borrowing a motor to get home with, he very quickly arranged repairs and within a couple of days it was done ready to pick up ( also forgot to add that on both occasions Philip had waited behind into the evening as I couldn't get there until after work which was most helpful). On pick up was fully informed on what had happened etc. and there was no charge and I was on my way very happy. So definitely recommend PK Autos and will most likely use again when the time comes.
